To order:

1.  Just email your digital color copy files to us for printing at:

                customerservice@mycolorcopies.com

or you can upload them to our FTP site at:  ftp.mycolorcopies.com

Username:  digital@mycolorcopies.com
Password:   copies

If you use Internet Explorer as your brower you can connect to our FTP site as follows:

- In the IE browser command line type ftp.mycolorcopies.com

- From the menu bar select view and scroll down to "open FTP site in Windows Explorer"

- Once that is selected another Window will open.  From that menu bar select file and scroll down to "Login As..."

- User name is: digital

- Password is: copies

- Do not check Log On anonymously     Do check Save Password if you plan on returning to our FTP site

- Click the Log On button and you will be connected to our FTP site.  You should see a folder labeled "Place Your Files Here"

- Drag the files you want printed anywhere below that folder

2.  For Color Copies, print and fax back to us your completed Color Copy order form or send us an email at customerservice@mycolorcopies.com with the information from the order form.

3.  For Event Flyers, print and fax back to us your completed Flyer Order Form  or send us an email at customerservice@mycolorcopies.com with the information from the order form.

4.  For Large Format prints, print and fax back to us your completed Poster Order Form or send us an email at customerservice@mycolorcopies.com with the information from the order form.

If your email is received during normal working hours we will quickly email you back with an order confirmation and  invoice.   This digital invoice will have a Google Checkout button on it that will allow you to securely pay for your order online.  If you already have a Google Checkout account simply sign in.  If you do not you can create one quickly and easily.  After confirming the order, delivery details and payment information, click the "place your order now" button to complete the purchase.  When you complete the purchase you can then track your order with Google Checkout.  Feel free to call us if you have questions regarding placing an order.

If you are requesting USPS Express Mail Overnight service please check here to get a guaranteed delivery time to your zip code.  You can also have your shipment held securely at any one of the 31,000 Post Offices to await your pickup. This is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your package.
