No Liability for Errors

MyColorCopies.com is not liable for errors in our printed products caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Low Resolution Graphics, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation, Crop Marks, Non Flattened Transparencies.

Our Sales Tax Policy

MyColorCopies.com charges sales tax to orders received from within the state of Utah unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your tax exemption certificate.

Proofs

We will have a PDF proof of your job available for your review shortly after receiving it in our production department, but actual time will vary depending on our current workload. No job will be sent to press without your approval, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that a PDF proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to check the layout and final text.

Printing Turnaround Time

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account and approved for printing. Printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.

For an order to be shipped the same day it is received your job or proof must be approved by 1:00 pm Eastern Time. In other words, if you approve a proof by 1:00 pm Eastern Time on Monday, it will be shipped out to you by end of business Monday.  Otherwise, your order would ship on Tuesday.

Please note that MyColorCopies.com is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time.
