This Privacy Policy explains how Express Digital Images LLC (“Express Digital Images,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit expressdigitalimages.com or order a custom product from us, such as a watercolor house portrait platter, a firefighter retirement gift or wall art.
Information you give us
We don’t have online accounts or a checkout on this website. When you call, text or email us to request a mockup or place an order, you may give us:
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and business name.
- Order details: shipping or delivery address, the recipient’s name, and the text you want on the product.
- Photos and artwork: photos of a home or listing, logos and branding, and personal details for gifts, such as a firefighter’s name, rank, station and years of service.
- Payment information: handled when you pay for an order. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
How we use it
- To create your mockup or proof, make your product and deliver it.
- To answer your questions and keep you updated on your order.
- To keep records for accounting, taxes and customer service.
- To show finished work as examples of what we make, only as described under “Examples of our work” below.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, some information is collected automatically by the services we use to run it:

- Wordfence: a security service that may log visits and set a cookie to block malicious traffic.
- Our web host: keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies. The website will still work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to fill your order and run the business:
- Production partners and suppliers who help make your product.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Payment processors, to take payment.
- Professional advisors such as our accountant, or when the law requires it.
Examples of our work
We may show photos of finished products on our website and social media as examples. We will not publish a street address, a recipient’s personal details or your contact information. If you’d rather we not show your piece at all, just tell us when you order and we won’t.
How long we keep it
We keep order information and the photos you send for as long as we need them to complete your order, handle reorders and keep business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your photos sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, when the law requires it.
Children
This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including a secured (https) website and security monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
