These Terms of Use apply to expressdigitalimages.com and to custom products ordered from Express Digital Images LLC (“Express Digital Images,” “we,” “us”), including watercolor house portrait platters, firefighter retirement gifts and wall art. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

How ordering works

Orders are placed directly with us by phone, text or email. We’ll confirm the product, size, price, any branding and the expected timeline with you before we start. Prices and options shown on the website are for general information and may change. The price we confirm with you for your order is the one that applies.

Mockups and proofs

For custom products we’ll send you a mockup or proof to review. Please check it carefully, including names, spelling, dates, logos and colors. Once you approve a proof, we produce the item as approved, and we aren’t responsible for errors in an approved proof. Free mockups are offered with no obligation to buy.

Custom artwork

Watercolor portraits and other artwork are artistic interpretations of the photos you provide. They are not exact reproductions, and small differences in detail are part of the style. Colors may look slightly different in print than on a screen.

Photos, logos and content you provide

By sending us photos, logos or other content, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, for example listing photos you are licensed to use or your brokerage’s branding, and that they don’t violate anyone else’s rights. You give us permission to use them to create your order. You’re responsible for any claim that content you provided infringes someone else’s rights.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed when you order. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due before production begins. Applicable sales tax and shipping will be included in your total.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times we give are good-faith estimates. If you have a deadline, such as a closing date or a retirement party, tell us when you order and we’ll let you know whether we can meet it. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Returns, damage and defects

Because every piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind once production has started. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect in our workmanship, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
